This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which (“Tracto” or “we”, or “us”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User“) from website (“Site“) and Tracto mobile application. This privacy policy applies to the Site, Apps, and all products and services related to Tracto.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this policy, and in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to the homepages of our Site or sending you an email notification). Under our Membership Agreement, children under 18 are not allowed to use our Site and access our services. It is not our intention to offer products or services to minors.
